Reads your PDF: a textbook, a report, your own notes.
Plans it like a book and draws a storyboard for every chapter.
Records narration and animates it, then adds quizzes.
Gives you an interactive web book you can open on any phone or laptop.
Great for teachers, students, parents and anyone who sells courses.

Step by step

Install Node.js and Claude Code

Download Node.js (LTS) from nodejs.org and install it. Then open Terminal (Cmd + Space, type Terminal) and paste the Claude Code line. Make a folder for your book

Put your PDF in a new folder and go into it.

Mac (Terminal)

mkdir -p ~/papermorph && cd ~/papermorph

Windows (PowerShell)

mkdir $HOME\papermorph -Force; cd $HOME\papermorph

Tip: Copy your PDF into this folder (Finder or File Explorer).

Add the Papermorph skill (inside that folder)

Start Claude Code with Opus 5.5

Start Claude Code, then type /model and pick Opus 5.5 if it isn't selected.

Turn your PDF into a class

Type this, with your PDF's name and who it's for. Start with one chapter so you can review it.

Type in Claude Code

/papermorph Turn ./my-file.pdf into an animated interactive web book. Target readers: [your audience]. Start with one English chapter for review.

Tip: Be specific about readers: "12-year-olds", "busy parents", "new nurses", "my course students".

Open your web book

When it's done, Claude Code tells you where the web book is. Open it in your browser, check every page, then ask for the next chapter.

The catch

Claude Code with Opus 5.5 only, so you need a paid Claude plan, and long PDFs use a lot of your usage.
English only for now.
No pictures or music yet, just animation and voice.
It's very new, so expect some rough edges. Check facts in the quizzes before you share it.

Can I sell what it makes?

Only if you own the PDF's content (your own notes, your course). Don't turn someone else's book into a product.
