Step by step

Cloudflare Email Routing forwards mail sent to hello@yourdomain to your Gmail, for free. Your domain's DNS needs to be on Cloudflare.

Tip: It only forwards mail that comes in. Sending from hello@yourdomain in Gmail needs an extra step (SMTP, through another service).

Zoho Mail's Forever Free plan gives you a real inbox on your domain: up to 5 users, 5GB, web only. It isn't available in every region.

It's free. You verify the domain with one DNS TXT record. Then Google can find your site and tell you what's broken.

Your registrar is the company you bought the domain from. Two-factor login makes it much harder for someone else to take it.

People lose domains because a card expired. Turn on auto-renew and keep the card on file up to date.
