I send Claude the raw video. It writes the captions, builds the animations in code, grabs real screenshots and makes the thumbnail. When you comment, a bot Claude built sends you the guide.

The setup, step by step
Make the raw video
I make the raw talking video with a HeyGen avatar and send the file to Claude.
Claude listens and writes the captions
It turns the audio into word timings, so the captions appear word by word, in sync with the voice.
Claude builds the animations in code
The motion graphics are written as code and rendered with a headless browser (a browser that runs without a window). Because they're code, there are no per-video credits.
Claude grabs real screenshots
It takes real screenshots of each tool I talk about. When something on screen is only an example, it's labelled.
Claude puts it together and makes the thumbnail
It joins everything into the final video with ffmpeg (a video tool) and makes the thumbnail.
A bot sends you the guide
When you comment the keyword, a bot that Claude built for me sends you a guide like this one in your DMs.
