The Agency: 230+ free AI specialists for Claude Code
The free repo from the reel. Each specialist is a detailed instruction file with a personality, a step by step process and what it should deliver. A free desktop app installs the ones you pick into Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and more. Then you just ask for the specialist by name.

What you need first
Step by step
Download the free app
Go to the official GitHub page (link below), open the Download the latest release link near the top of the README and grab the file for your computer. On a Mac you can also run brew install --cask msitarzewski/agency-agents/agency-agents.
Tip: Only download from the official GitHub page.
Pick your team
Open the app and browse the roster. Start small: pick one division like Marketing or Sales, not all 230.
Install into your tool
Choose Claude Code (or Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI…) and install. The app copies the specialists into that tool for you and keeps them updated.
Tip: Prefer Terminal? Download the repo and run ./scripts/install.sh --tool claude-code --division marketing.
Just ask
Open Claude Code and ask for a specialist by name, for example: Activate the Instagram Curator and plan my next 10 posts. Give it your niche, audience and goal for better results.

The catch
- They're instructions, not robots. Each specialist is a detailed prompt file. It shapes how your AI works, but it won't run your business on its own or do anything you don't ask for.
- You still need a coding agent. Claude Code, Cursor or Codex does the actual work, and those have their own costs and usage limits.
- Quality depends on you. The output is only as good as the context you give it. Check facts, numbers and anything you publish.
- Don't install everything. Some tools struggle with hundreds of agents at once (the README notes OpenCode only loads about 119). Install the teams you'll actually use.
