What it does

Board of directors: three reviewers using ideas from $100M Offers (Alex Hormozi), Zero to One (Peter Thiel) and Walter Isaacson's Steve Jobs. They score your idea and vote.
Consumer panel: 100 simulated buyers built from your target customer. Who buys, who doesn't, and why.
Pricing strategist: the price range people accept, checked against competitors.
CFO: profit per sale, break-even per day, year one month by month, cash you need.
Marketing director: positioning, a dated 30-day launch campaign and ten hooks.
Business plan: everything in one file with a verdict worked out from the numbers.

Step by step

Quick version: use one skill in a normal Claude chat

Open the board skill, copy the whole file, paste it at the top of a new Claude chat, then describe your idea.

Tip: In a normal chat you lose the sub-agents and the number tools, but the method works. Do the same with founder-consumer, founder-pricing and the others.

Full version: install Claude Code

All 11 skills, the 100-buyer panel and the CFO tools need Claude Code (paid Claude plan). Run this in Terminal (Mac) or PowerShell (Windows):

Add the Founder skills

Start Claude Code in a new folder for your idea, then add the plugin:

Run them in order

Start with the board, then the buyers. Each skill reads what the last one wrote.

The catch

The 100 buyers are simulated, not real customers. AI tends to be too nice, so treat their "yes" as a best case and test with real people before you spend big.
The numbers are only as good as what you give it. Get real quotes for rent, stock and staff.
It isn't those people. The board uses short summaries of ideas from their books. It doesn't speak for them and isn't connected to them.
Not financial, legal or tax advice. Check permits, tax and contracts with a professional.
The full version needs Claude Code, and running 100 buyers uses a lot of your plan's limits.

Can I use it without Claude Code?

Yes, one skill at a time: copy a SKILL.md into a normal Claude chat (step 1). You lose the 100 sub-agent buyers and the Python tools.

The commands don't show up

Restart Claude Code after installing the plugin. Plugin skills start with /founder-skill: (for example /founder-skill:founder-board).

Can I trust the verdict?

Use it to find weak spots fast. The verdict is only as good as your numbers, and the buyers aren't real people.
