Roast Room: 7 AI advisors judge your business decision
The free app from the reel. You bring one hard business decision, seven AI advisors argue it out round by round in Claude Code, and you get a scored verdict and a one-click PDF. A small local web page shows them around a table while they talk. It runs on your normal Claude plan, no API key.
Checked on 19 Oct 2026. Tools change fast, so the official page always wins if it says something different.
What you need first
Step by step
Download it
Open the GitHub page (link below), click the green Code button and copy the link, then in Terminal: git clone + the link, and cd into the folder. Or open Claude Code anywhere and ask it to clone the repo and start the room for you.
Tip: Only download from the official GitHub page.
Start the room
npm start, then open http://localhost:4730 in your browser and leave it open. Click Past sessions to replay the three example councils first.
Open Claude Code in the same folder
In a second Terminal window in that folder, type claude.
Ask your question
Type /roast-room followed by your decision. Add your options, numbers, limits, what success looks like and which way you're leaning. The Chair asks about anything that's missing before the council starts.
Tip: Small, reversible call? Use /roast-room --quick (4 advisors, 2 rounds, much less usage). /roast-room ask hormozi ... gets one answer from one seat.
Get the verdict
Watch the rounds in the room. When the verdict lands, click Download PDF. The full report is also saved in the sessions folder.

Not a course. A step-by-step system to make money with AI: pick one money path and follow every step.
- 52 live classes a year
- Q&A 7 days a week + 1:1 calls with me

The catch
- They're simulations, not the real people. Each advisor is built from that person's public letters, essays, talks and videos. They don't speak for them and none of them is linked to or endorses the project.
- A full council eats your plan. It's 21 sub-agent runs, so it takes a real bite out of your Claude usage. Use
--quickfor smaller decisions. - It's a thinking tool, not advice. Treat the verdict as a second opinion to test your thinking, not financial, legal or investment advice.
- Brand new. Created 10 Oct 2026, so expect changes. The optional API mode bills your Anthropic API account (about 25 calls per full council).
