Show it to 10 people who have the problem. For each one, write down:
1. How they deal with the problem today.
2. Whether they would pay for your version, and how much.
3. The exact words they use to describe the problem.
If nobody would pay, change the idea before you add more features.

The catch
- The code is the easy part now. Finding people who'll pay is the hard part. Talk to them early.
- Vercel Hobby is non-commercial. Move to Pro once you charge money.
- Stripe takes a cut of every sale. Count it in your price.
- Sign-in and payments are serious. Test them carefully, and ask Claude to explain anything you don't understand before you go live.
- Claude Code isn't in the free Claude plan. It needs a paid plan such as Pro.
