Humanizer: make AI writing sound human
The free skill from the reel. It's built on Wikipedia's Signs of AI writing guide, checks your text for 26 patterns (like "it's not just X, it's Y" and "let that sink in"), and rewrites them without changing what you said. It can match your own voice from a writing sample.
Checked on 19 Oct 2026. Tools change fast, so the official page always wins if it says something different.
What you need first
Step by step
Install it
Claude Code: run /plugin marketplace add blader/humanizer then /plugin install humanizer@humanizer (needs Claude Code 2.1.142 or newer; on older versions use npx skills add blader/humanizer --global --agent claude-code).
Codex: npx skills add blader/humanizer --global --agent codex
Claude.ai / Claude Desktop: on the GitHub page click Code → Download ZIP, then upload it as a skill in Settings.
Tip: Only install from the official GitHub page.
Paste your AI draft
Type /humanizer and paste your text, or just ask: Please humanize this text: [your text]. You can also point it at a file: Humanize the prose in docs/launch-post.md.
Make it sound like you
Add a sample first: Here's a sample of my writing for voice matching: [2-3 paragraphs of your own writing]. Now humanize this text: [AI text]. It copies your rhythm, word choice and quirks.
Read its work
It shows a first rewrite, a short critique of what still sounds artificial, and the final version. Check the final against your original before you post it.

The catch
- It's not an AI-detector bypass. The README says getting past detectors isn't the goal and detectors still flag most of its output. Use it to write better for people, not to hide AI use where it isn't allowed.
- You still need an AI to run it. It's a skill (instructions), not an app. Claude, Codex or your agent does the rewriting, with their own costs and limits.
- Always read the result. It's built not to invent facts, but you're the one posting it.
