Install it by pasting the link into Claude Code
Open Claude Code and paste this. Claude installs the skills and checks that one works.

Write your hooks: /yt-script
Give it your video idea. It writes 5 hooks using 21 hook formulas and gives each one a score.
Check your title and thumbnail together: /yt-package
It checks the title and thumbnail as one pair. For example, it can flag a thumbnail that just repeats the title.
Plan, edit and reply
/yt-plan plans a week that fits your hours: one main video, one quick one and three Shorts.
/yt-edit turns your transcript into an edit list with timecodes, so you know what to cut.
/yt-comment sorts comments into questions, corrections, praise and bait, and drafts replies for you to check.

Find ideas that already work: /yt-viral
It ranks videos in your niche by how far they beat their own channel's usual views (the median). Use them for ideas, then make your own version.

The catch
- It doesn't post anything. It doesn't connect to YouTube. In the README's words: "These skills write. You upload."
- /yt-edit makes a list, not a cut. You still cut the video yourself.
- The hook score is a rule of thumb, not a promise. A high score doesn't guarantee views.
- /yt-viral is for ideas. Learn from what works, then make it your own.
- Claude Code isn't in the free Claude plan. It needs a paid plan such as Pro.
